hasn’t arrived! no answer to my queries and event had already past. i have requested my money back. customer service is not responding and only request reviews when item hasn’t even arrived.

Livraison longue, 10€ de frais de douane en plus, remis par UPS et livré pour ma part à un point relais que je n'avais pas choisi à l'autre bout de la ville. La boîte est très belle, les gravures et le bois sont très jolis mais je m'attendais à ce qu'elle soit plus solide, le bois est très fin, elle pourrait se casser très facilement. Très jolie boîte mais beaucoup trop chère pour la qualité du produit, j'ai payé ma commande 85€ au total et franchement ça vaut une commande à 40€.

I purchased this a a Valentine's Day Gift for my wife. It arrived on time and in great condition. The look the craftmanship, the engraving was everything that was advertised. My wife "Loved It!" She loved that her name was engraved on the top of the box. It give that unique personal touch. But when she opened the box and seen the scripture inside, it blow her away.
